In order for a school to be an active LHSRA member and to be eligible to participate in District and State Rally, the school must complete the membership registration process for both the LHSRA (State Rally) here and separately apply on the website of a District Rally Office. Please be aware that registration deadlines for districts are different from State Rally registration dates. They vary for each district. Contact your district to find out about the correct dates for district registration.
Follow the steps below in order to ensure that all documentation is submitted and received properly.
LHSRA Membership Process
- Complete and submit the 2026-27 LHSRA Membership Registration Form (Click “Register here” at the bottom of this page to open the form).
- Registration information will be verified by LHSRA and an invoice with membership dues owed will be sent by email to both the Rally Coordinator and Principal.
- Follow the instructions on the invoice and send a check with LHSRA (State Rally) Membership Dues for 2026-27. Please reference the invoice number on the check or send a copy of the invoice with the check.
- After you register for State Rally, complete separate membership application for selected District Rally (includes district membership dues) and pay district membership fee.

Submit LHSRA Membership Dues
Your electronic registration will generate an invoice which we will send by e-mail to Rally Coordinators and Principals. LHSRA Membership registration and dues must be submitted to the LHSRA Office no later than December 4, 2026. Schools that submit dues not postmarked by this date will be assessed a $75 late fee. The last day to submit LHSRA Membership Dues with a late fee is February 5, 2027.
